The application is intended to control compatible smart TVs and related devices over the same local Wi-Fi network.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your device is compatible.
  • Maintaining your internet or local network connection.
  • Using the application only with devices you own or are authorized to control.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

5. Advertisements

The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of advertisements displayed through third-party advertising services.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google AdMob
  • RevenueCat
  • Apple App Store

Your use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other intellectual property associated with the application remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the application available and functioning correctly; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

We do not guarantee compatibility with every television model or manufacturer.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Network failures
  • Third-party services

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the application.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Not misuse or attempt to bypass subscription features.
  • Not use the application in any way that violates applicable laws.
