End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developer ("Licensor," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of this mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the application.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, or sell the application.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Use the application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality or related services.

3. Ownership

The application, including all software, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the Licensor and its licensors.

This Agreement grants only a license to use the application and does not transfer ownership.

4. Subscription Services

Certain features may require an active subscription or one-time purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.

5. Advertisements

The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party advertisements.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Firebase
  • Google AdMob
  • RevenueCat
  • Apple App Store

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the application only with devices you own or are authorized to control.
  • Maintain the security of your device.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use the application responsibly and lawfully.

8. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, or new features from time to time.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the application.

9. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability

We do not guarantee compatibility with every television model or manufacturer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Use or inability to use the application.
  • Device incompatibility.
  • Network interruptions.
  • Loss of data.
  • Third-party services.
  • Subscription or purchase issues managed by Apple.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the application.

12. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the application and delete all copies from your devices.

13. Export Compliance

You agree not to use or export the application except as authorized by the laws of India, the United States, and any other applicable export control laws.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and the Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for:

  • The application or its content.
  • Maintenance and support services.
  • Warranty claims.
  • Product liability claims.
  • Legal claims relating to the application.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.
